All orders are dispatched from Diggers Rest, Victoria. Please note our shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. ("shipping days"). CUT OFF TIME for shipping is 8am on any given shipping day. All orders placed AFTER 8am on any given shipping day will be posted out the FOLLOWING shipping day. Orders placed on shipping days that fall on a Victorian Public Holiday will be posted out the following day.
Shipping of all regular letters and regular parcels - ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS from the date of your shipping email within Australia via Australia Post. After this time if you have not received your order kindly contact us via email.

If your order is for a special occasion or event, we request that you leave a NOTE on your order AND purchase Express Post on checkout if you require your order by a certain date. Refer below for more information regarding Express Post.
REGISTERED POST RECOMMENDED
Pretty Little Clippies takes no responsibility for lost or missing parcels. We therefore recommend REGISTERED POST (unless you require your parcel urgently in which case we recommend Express Post with signature) and require all customers to check the postal address entered for accuracy.
All orders with a spend of over $50 are shipped for free Australia wide only, using Australia Post regular postal service however we recommend REGISTERED POST. Express Post and Registered Post options may be selected and paid for on check out.
Customers please NOTE that bows shipped via Australia Post in padded bags may be squashed in transit and or appear squashed on arrival. We therefore recommend a parcel service (box) for ALL purchases which may be selected on checkout.
If you require your shipment urgently, please be sure to select the EXPRESS POST option on checkout (applies within Australia only). Express post orders placed on a shipping day will be posted the following shipping day. Australia Post offers Express Post as a "next business day service" unless your location is "outside the Express Post next business day service" (see Australia Post website for details).
PLEASE NOTE Express Post via Australia Post is NOT a registered service. Although trackable, please note that Express parcels will be left on door steps or in letter boxes by Australia Post service workers. If you request that we "leave your parcel on the doorstep if not at home", please note that Pretty Little Clippies TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS. Parcels/orders that are lost or stolen will not be replaced or refunded. Postage cost for re-shipping orders returned to sender due to incorrect address supplied will be born by you the customer and a handling fee of $5 will be applied.
Customers please take note that Express Post timing varies according to the shipping locality as per Australia Post's website but usually arrives within 3-5 business days from the date of postage. Pretty Little Clippies takes NO RESPONSIBILITY and makes no guarantees regarding the timing or arrival of Express Post delivery via Australia Post.
All claims for broken or damaged products must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on your broken or damaged products. All returns must be shipped back by Registered Post. All costs pertaining to the return of damaged or broken products are borne by you, the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items not in the aforementioned condition will be non-refundable.
Returns will not be accepted for broken clips unless breakage occurred during shipping for which we require that you contact us immediately or within 72 hours of receiving your bows and send images of the broken products to us via email. Pretty Little Clippies is not responsible for ANY damage that occurs after delivery.
We do not recommend washing our bows. Should you wash our bows & the bows subsequently come apart as a result, NO returns or refunds will be offered or accepted. CUSTOMERS NOTE: Our bows are not made for humid weather conditions and should not come into contact with moisture of any kind, including wet or damp hair. Should your bows or the attached clip come into contact with water, moisture or humidity, the clip may rust. We do not accept returns for any kind of rusting or moisture damage.
We do NOT accept returns for "pulling" damage. If your bow has come apart as a result of pulling or rough handling, NO REFUND will be offered. Please choose your products carefully as we DO NOT REFUND "change of mind" purchases. We also do NOT offer refunds if your baby does not have enough hair to wear the clips. We do NOT offer returns for sizing errors - sizing is shown on each product. Please note that Gift Cards are non-returnable items.
To make a return you must contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 7 day return period with the details mentioned above. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

Please note you are responsible for all return shipping charges and all returned purchases must be shipped by Registered Mail. Additionally, a $2.50 restocking fee will apply to each returned product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days, but usually sooner. (Please note that refund times are determined by your card issuer and are outside our control).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items including baby hair clips if they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately exchanges and refunds for "change of mind" purchases are not offered. All items are checked thoroughly before posting to you however occasionally breakage may occur during shipping. If you need an exchange on a faulty item, please follow the instructions listed above under "Returns".
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If your item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and a notification about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a registered post service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Within Australia
Shipping Australia-wide is via Australia Postal services. We also offer Express Post and Registered post services should you desire same.
Currently, Pretty Little Clippies ships to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, UK & Kuwait. If you live outside these countries and would like to purchase some pretty little clippies or other girls hair accessories, please get in contact with us via info@prettylittleclippies and we'll do our best to accommodate your order!
All international parcels are at a flat rate charge depending on your location and are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. Tracking is available for some international deliveries. If you would like your parcel tracked & the shipping option is not available on checkout, please get in touch with us via our online contact form. Please allow up to 45 days for delivery depending on your location. If you would like your parcel urgently, please contact us regarding express shipping options via the online contact form on our website. If you selected Express or Registered, please note that these parcels are trackable only within Australia and time frames for delivery apply only so far as trackable within Australia. Pretty Little Clippies takes no responsibility for timing of delivery of parcels once these parcels have left Australia & enter the foreign jurisdiction.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and our prices do not include relevant overseas duties or other customs charges that may be applicable in your jurisdiction. Such customs/import duties and associated fees are charged within your own country and are not included in Pretty Little Clippies postage charges. We cannot predict what these charges may be and so, if you have any questions regarding such duties/custom charges, please contact your local customs office for more information. Pretty Little Clippies cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order and also do not accept returns in this instance. Pretty Little Clippies will not be held responsible for any loss that occurs in connection with customs/import duties payable in respect of your order.
