My baby pulled on her bow & now it's come apart...

Oh bother! Our beautiful ribbon bows are delicately made with love and held together by glue & are therefore not likely to stay together if pulled. We therefore do not offer refunds or exchanges for bows that are damaged by or have come apart as a result of pulling or handling in any way by a little one. Kindly refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy for further information.

What do I need to know about shipping?

Unfortunately Pretty Little Clippies cannot take responsibility for lost or missing parcels sent via Australia Post. We therefore recommend Registered Post or Express Post with signature.  Please note that all orders with a spend over $50 are shipped for free Australia wide only, using Australia Post regular postal service, however we recommend Registered Post as our preferred option. Both Express Post and Registered Post options may be selected and paid for on check out. 

Please note our shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. ("shipping days"). CUT OFF TIME for shipping is 8am on any given shipping day. All orders placed after 8am on any given shipping day will be posted out the following shipping day

What if my bow is for a special event or I need my order urgently?

If your order is for a special occasion or event, we request that you leave a note on your order and purchase Express Post on checkout if you require your order by a certain date (applies within Australia only). Express post orders placed on a shipping day will be posted the following shipping day. Please note that Express Post via Australia Post is not a registered service. Although trackable, Express parcels will be left on door steps or in letter boxes by Australia Post service workers. If you request that we "leave your parcel on the doorstep if not at home", please note we take no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. Parcels/orders that are lost or stolen will not be replaced or refunded.

Are hair clips safe for my baby to wear?

All hair clips, as small objects containing small parts and baby headbands which are glued together, when worn or handled by babies or children under 3 years old may become a choking hazard.  Caution should also be exercised with children above 3 years old as any child that may place a hair clip or parts therefrom into the mouth or other orifice may be in danger of choking or other injury. Never leave a child unsupervised while wearing hair clips or baby headbands.  Also, the composition of the materials used in all hair accessories may present a danger or health hazard if ingested (swallowed) or may pose a health hazard as a skin irritant or allergen.

All Pretty Little Clippies hair accessories are worn at your own risk & Pretty Little Clippies takes no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from any injury, illness or health concern arising therefrom. By purchasing hair accessories, hair clips, headbands or baby headbands from Pretty Little Clippies, you thereby agree to and accept Pretty Little Clippies Privacy & Terms (of Service). Can I wash my baby's ribbon bow or baby headband?

No definitely not! As all of our beautiful bows are held together only by glue, we do not recommend washing them as this could cause them to come apart.

Received a wrong or faulty item?

We're sorry you received a broken or faulty item in your order! We check all our stock carefully before sending however occasionally hair clips may be broken during shipping which is unfortunately beyond our control. If this has occurred, please contact us immediately at info@prettylittleclippies.com.au and we will request you send us a photo of the broken hair clip. If you believe your hair clip is faulty please email us the details immediately at info@prettylittleclippies.com.au attaching a photo of the faulty hair clip. For further details on how to return your item, please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days, but usually sooner. (Please note that refund times are determined by your card issuer and are outside our control).

What if my item is faulty after I have worn it?

Once an item has been worn, for health and safety reasons we cannot accept the item as a return.

I need to return an item - what do I do next?

Any returns for items damaged during shipping must be sent within 7 days from the date of your email to Pretty Little Clippies notifying of the damage. Please contact us before sending your return item to make sure you are eligible for a return. Please note that any returned items must be sent by Registered Post. What if I didn't receive my order/package?

Sorry you didn't receive your order! Have you checked your tracking? Please see your shipping confirmation email to obtain your tracking number. Check with your neighbours to see if they received your parcel and then with your local post office with whom you can lodge an inquiry. If you're still not able to locate your package, don't worry, contact us at info@prettylittleclippies.com.au & we'll respond as soon as possible.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide! So if you see an item you just love & would like it posted to your home country but can't see it listed on our checkout, please get in touch with us via info@prettylittleclippies.com.au and we'll help you out!
